I ended up acquiring another power up I didn't see coming. This time, we are talking about the Gravity Suit, which grants movement underwater equal to that when being above. Vid timeline:
(0:00) Intro and already explored Phendrana Drifts areas.
(21:20) New Phendrana Drifts areas: Pike Access and Frozen Pike.
The road to get to the Gravity Room turned out to be more mazy than expected.
(27:17) Frost Cave access and Frost Cave.
First encounter with a Hunter Metroid. However, it did not turned out to be all that dangerous.
(36:07) Upper Edge Tunnel and Phendrana's Edge.
(39:38) Lower Edge Tunnel and Hunter Cave.
(43:45) Lake Tunnel and Gravity Chamber.
Gravity Suit acquired. Now that I have this, I can return to that room where I found the Wave Buster. It has an underwater area that I couldn't explore due to limited mobility. I'll se if I can pass by the Chozo Statue area here on Phendrana Drifts before arriving there.
(52:16) Heading back to Save Station.
