Full video is up, and it actually explains what you're looking at: http://youtu.be/D_Q5oYo3T8I

I'd discussed the massive potential for the Wii U Zapper numerous times, culminating in an article on the tech behind the device. But curiosity got the best of me, and i had to see if the physical reality of the device would show any critical flaws.

As you can see here, with the screen mounted low in the chassis and without a foregrip, the torque required to twist the gun for leaning is incredibly manageable, even with one hand.

The screen is very far forward on the chassis, which helps with keeping it at a viewable distance when the stock is set on the shoulder, and making single-handed handling a breeze. You can easily take your back hand off to use the touch screen for killstreaks etc.

When you use the stock to ADS, turning speed is intrinsically restricted, so not only is gaming more naturally balanced between hipfiring and ADS'ing, but it's done in a perfectly intuitive way.

As i said, full breakdown to come. Oh, and excuse the very rapid prototype! Cardboard is much quicker to modify than even foam for structural shapes like this. I'll move on to more elegant designs when i start introducing functional buttons. :p
