Hi everyone, here I have a tip if you can't connect your Wii to your router but more sure your mobile internet connection is good and you have a sizable mobile internet allowance package to do this (the larger the better to avoid big bills):
1 Go to your Wii Options/Settings
2 Scroll along using + icon to internet settings
3 Select Internet Settings and Wireless
4 Go to your Android/Iphone settings and turn Wifi off.
5 Go to Hotspot/Tethering and turn Hotspot on
6 Once in Wii wireless click on search for routers/wifi devices and click on the one that cosely matches your phone.
7 Find the password in your phone hotspot settings and type it into your Wii password using your Wii remote and then OK
8 The Wii should then connect to your phone and mobile internet and ask if you want to Update your Wii.
Only use this if you want to update your Wii console or download something for your games. Switch your phones hotspot off and back to Wifi once you've done what you need to do.
