Who is the Project Scorpio designed for?
According to Microsoft it's aimed for the premium gamer who wants the premium experience.
If that's the case, why are users now focusing on exclusive games and DLC?
Talking about exclusives, Xbox have been lacking exclusives over the past few years.
Games Like Gears of War, Halo are very good classics. But, are they getting old?
Great games like Forza are amazing, but since it's cross play with Windows 10.
Is it worth buying a Xbox Console, should you just buy a PC?
You could easily spend your money on a new graphics card to improve your gameplay on your PC.
Now the Project Scorpio will be around for a while, especially with other consoles being less powerful.
Because third party developers will me making their game for more than one Platform.
Yes, the Project Scorpio will look better, but fundamentally, it's not going to do anything different.
The new hardware might have the ability to run games which were not able to on the Xbox One and PS4.
But, this will be focused at the first party developers who developing games just for Xbox.
Now, talking about price.
We don't know how much it will cost. But looking at the specs, it's going to be more than the PS4 Pro.
We're guessing maybe 400-500 Pounds.
But, would this convince a Playstation 4 gamer to switch over? Probably not.
As the PS4 Pro runs well and you have great exclusives with great DLC.
Even the online experience has improved on the Playstation 4.
Making it more desirable to purchase and play. Especially if you owned an Xbox 360.
Now, I'm not saying the Project Scorpio is a bad system.
I think it's amazing.
It just got me thinking.
I'm excited to buy one and own one. I just hope there's more exclusives coming to Xbox. To make it worthwhile.
Also. Xbox have been doing amazing with their system updates. Brilliant work.
