He's one of playable characters introduced in Windjammers 2 and a representative from Canada.
Max is a total brick wall, even more so than Klaus Wessel; he tanks opponent shots like a pro, barely flinching at all, and can also deliver the pain with his very strong shots. Of course, Max is also very slow, having to rely on his somewhat decent dash to move around.
