Windows 10 + NVidia GPU mixed refresh rate bug
12Slapdash explanation. There's a lot of advice going around online on how to fix this, but nothing has worked for me apart from disabling hardware acceleration (which isn't even an option in all programs) or just running my games in exclusive fullscreen.
This affects anything that's GPU-accelerated, not just games, so even stuff like scrolling in Firefox can be affected. Major downer.
