This video shows you the upgrade from Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast Ring version build 14271 towards the latest build with number 14279. This sub build version is 160229-1700 here.
The main improvement is that there more languages available in Cortana now. Furthermore, nothing really special, mainly some bug fixing that came out in the 14297 build version, but it is a full re-install. After the normal download, it needs a restart followed by the usual percentages & black / white / blue installing circle. After fiorst login the normal "Hi" texts are appearing and after 3 to 4 minutes you are able to work again.
