But I can tell you from experience it absolutely is personally identifiable, and it’s relational meaning that once they know who you are on one account they can link that to all the other data and all the other databases they have and make connections to determine if the same person and now all of this data is going to train ChatGPT which Microsoft is heavily invested into.
