Run Regedit, and find:
Hkey_Current_User\Software\...\...\Applets\Hearts
Click with right mouse button on the right side,
choose "String Value" and enter "ZB", enter value 42.

Now when plaing game, just press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + F12,
and you will see all cards.
