Windows NT Workstation 5.0 (Build 1796) Working Bootable ISO.

There is a glitch that the CD-ROM driver is not detected. At the Welcome to Windows NT 5.0 Setup Wizard, before clicking on Next to install device, copy all the i386 contents from CD to the local disk.

You will need to install the drivers manually.
