It's honestly too bad that my Marianne wasn't +SPD, since it would made this build even more optimal.
The gist of this build simple, Swift Impact is there to help her pass Windsweep SPD check while at the same, prevents more than one counterattack from her opponents should they have more SPD than her. The +10 RES are just bonuses for when she encounter dragons and mages.

Windsweep in turn would prevent melee units with DC or ranged projectile unit from countering since she is very weak in DEF. If everything goes accordingly, she would then be able to bypass Windsweep follow-up limitation due to the guaranteed follow-up effect in Icy Fimbulvetr.

Voila! It's a one spicy Marianne!
