ABOUT THIS VIDEO: With Iron Palm training, you take one of those bags that you usually hang on a wall (AKA...a wall bag) and lay it on a flat surface. Then you hit it with ten different strikes.
1) Palm down
2) Backhand
3) Heel of the palm
4) What I call "the knocking gesture"
5) Chop/ridge hand
6) Fingertips
7) Punch, normal, straight down
8) Punch with the elbow out
9) Forearm strike
10) Downward elbow
Do these with both sides.
NOTE: It is important to not try to SMASH downward with your techniques, especially on the fingertip strike. The reason why you can hit the bag without hurting your fingers is because you are simply letting gravity take over.
Please remember that!
