ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Some people might think the step-slide is done in just one manner. For example, if you are in a stance with your right foot forward, your right foot steps, and then your left foot "slides" up so that the structure of your stance remains the same.
This is true, but there is another way to do it.
It might seem counterintuitive at first (it did to me), but in time it will make sense.
