ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Yeah, I know...the basics can be boring.


However, the basics are the foundation of Wing Chun, or any martial art system for that matter.


Basically, you need to keep practicing the basics!


Think about it this way: if you are in a street fight or some other self-defense situation, your body will go into "fight or flight" mode. You will experience the "adrenaline dump." When you are in that state, you are less likely to be able to pull off complicated techniques.


Therefore, wouldn't it be better to have the simple ones (aka THE BASICS) wired into your muscle memory???
