This is the attract mode of the Wing Force game recently discovered on yahoo auctions
This game was a shooter developed by Atlus in 1993. Unfortunately never was released to the public (it seems they changed their mind after location tests) so we don't know how many PCBs of this game exists, but thanks to shoutime we now can see how the game looks.
