Second half of the stream i renamed one of the "saved" folders i had and it fixed the game demo videos for the cabinets, it looked off /switched with other games during the first half of the stream
You could look at different forums or reddit post for NRA Packs that come packaged with cabinet skins/ games/ demo videos. Depending on your handheld device or whatever joystick attachment you have on your phone you may have to lower the sensitivity for the x/y camera movement.
