When at a disadvantage as GU against HFA in Cosmos Invictus often being able to use a pilot to transform your mechs into your opponents cards can give you an advantage. It isn't a 100% winning strategy, but getting a quick Orbiter or Pandora may give you a lead in game if you can spawn one and destroy your opponents giving you an edge.

Use Orbiters to counter Pandora
Play low cost cards so you can convert them to opponent cards quickly and in the same turn once you have 5 energy.
