RétroGaming 2.0 Vous présente "Wipeout 3: Special Edition"ce jeu n'est pas seulement une légère amélioration par rapport à Wip3out - c'est une compilation complète des plus grands succès. Le gameplay de course futuriste très raffiné est tiré directement du troisième jeu, avec des idiosyncrasies telles que le bouton de boost et des armes comme le Force Wall, et ses pistes, véhicules et musique viennent également tous. Cependant, il y a quelques légères modifications physiques et deux pistes prototypes, auparavant exclusives à la version japonaise du jeu original. Ce n'est pas la vraie histoire cependant - cet honneur appartient aux huit pistes tirées des précédents jeux WipEout pour la Ligue classique, trois de l'original et cinq de 2097. En plus d'offrir la possibilité de jouer à travers des courses classiques avec les nouveaux véhicules et des armes, la Classic League affiche les anciens emplacements avec une nouvelle couche de peinture, ajoutant des décors et rangeant les choses selon les normes attendues d'une sortie PlayStation en l'an 2000.

RétroGaming 2.0 Presents you "Wipeout 3: Special Edition"this game isn’t just a slight improvement on Wip3out – it’s a full-blown greatest hits compilation. The highly refined futuristic racing gameplay is lifted directly from the third game, complete with idiosyncracies such as the boost button and weapons like the Force Wall, and its tracks, vehicles and music all come over too. However, there are some slight physics tweaks and two prototype tracks, previously exclusive to the Japanese version of the original game. Those aren’t the real story though – that honour belongs to the eight tracks lifted from previous WipEout games for the Classic League, three from the original and five from 2097. As well as offering the opportunity to play through classic races with the new vehicles and weapons, the Classic League displays the old locations with a new lick of paint, adding scenery and tidying things up to the standards expected of a PlayStation release in the year 2000.
