This is the trick I found to get orens quickly. In this video I was currently getting the kingslayer's outfit, wich I got right after doing my 6 runs I did today.

Go to the hill where there's a lot of harpies. Make your way up the hill while killing them and looting them all. You will get a lot of feathers. Once you are up the hill, meditate 24h. The harpies will be back, kill them again while making your way down the hill. You will get lots of feathers again. Once you are done, meditate again. Make your way up, down, up, down, ... It only takes a few minutes to get a lot of feathers, claws and a bunch of other stuff wich will sell for a lot of orens. This is really good if you want to craft the kinslayer outfit!
