During the Super Mario 64 Credits (and the scene before), the camera is movable when a second controller is plugged in/connected. This already works on original hardware when a second controller is plugged into the Nintendo 64 console.
This is the Switch virtual console version, which is only available with the Nintendo Online+ Membership.

Note: It does not work for me with the 3D All Stars version (the later released shindou/rumble/vibration version of the game), even though my 2nd controller was connected.
