The bedrock can be replaced to any "Wither-Proof" blocks.

Concept of it is just simple, Wither being summoned, trapped inside the "Wither-Proof" blocks, Deployer kill the wither, the Mechanical Arm(or any similar output device with filter) extract the nether star out of the Deployer.
