After fleeing the scene of the Marge incident, Harry immediately accepts his future life as an outlaw. He avoids getting mauled by a dog by instead summoning the world's most absurd bus, where he has a chat with the numpty with the most Bri'ish accent in the series. Fudge decides that Harry won't be an outlaw because he's the target of a different outlaw, so he's exempt from the normal rules. So then Harry faffs about in Diagon Alley for about a month, eats a biblical amount of ice cream, and spends a lot of time staring at a broom. Ron and Hermione show up at the last possible moment, Hermione buys a cat that may or may not be voiced by Dom DeLuise, Percy is the butt of many jokes, and pudding-snorting happens. We end with Harry once again overhearing important information, but in this case he was going to be told the info anyway so it was kind of pointless.
