Thanks to some Japanese Vtubers that I'm pretty sure are Touhou characters to boot, I solved both mysteries left by the final stream video! Well, they did, really, but I confirmed them thanks to machine translation and some hacking!

To recap, with links to the approximate timestamps of their relevant videos:
"What's with the dude on B6?"
It turns out that what I thought was just random gibberish I was putting on my screen was in fact additional status codes! Specifically, they were markers that I had picked up the Muramasa Blade in each of the three games. Having it in all three games and then talking to the guy on B6 gets you a Great Mage Amulet, a cursed Artifact that nonetheless gives a bunch of Armor Class and unlimited (I think) MALOR casts.

"What are the Winged Boots for?"
On B9 and B10, if you activate a Teleporter Trap, instead of rock, you get thrown "In the middle of a bursting flame!" and, instead of merely being DEAD when you get kicked back to town, your entire party is ASH. The Winged Boots let you avoid this fate, and also give a small boost to Armor Class. Of course, I was so paranoid about Teleporter Traps to begin with (Basically always choosing to disarm them if a Thief inspection OR CALFO revealed one, and just eating the other trap if it turned out there was a conflict and Teleporter wasn't the actual trap in the chest) that I was never going to see this.

My thanks to the account "怪人クラゲコウモリ" on Youtube, which machine translation informs me translates to "Monster Jellyfish Bat". No clue how true that is.

And thank YOU for following me on this journey. This was a much wilder ride than I expected after finishing the main game, but it's one I enjoyed on the whole. Hopefully you did too.
