Based on a handful of attempts this new route was averaging around .3 to .5 seconds faster than my current route.

Both routes get to the top middle of the area (above the gold knight statue) in 13 jumps but the old strat had 2 jumps at the start that were pretty long air time going side to side that get replaced by some other faster paced shorter jumps.

This new route also does seem to get the enemy up top to despawn on a very common occasion, but like the old route it doesn't work 100% of the time just due (i'm guessing) to other enemies in the area that can get loaded/despawned based on movement variables run to run.
