This was my best attempt so far, which happened to be without human co-op. It seems easier to beat this boss without that feature. I did some levelling up. I like the martial art of this specific weapon for building up that stun bar. Also once the fatal blow is performed I use the Divine Beast immediately which takes off about 1/2 the boss health. Its the first Divine Beast you get.
