This boss gave me alot of trouble initially. My morale was only at 4 so I would get 1 hit killed. I decided to go back , power up, and get all the flags to boost my base morale to 20. I got one shot in with a ballista, but aside from that beat him on my first try back after powering up. Much easier with high morale.

I edited out the time spent trying to line up another ballista shot, since it took a while and never had another clear shot.
