Wolcen's Second Dawn patch is supposed to fix a majority of bugs, rebalance skills, and really just make the game fun again. With this patch, it marks the end of an 11 patch marathon that Wolcen put out over 5 months of time. These patches nearly all targeted gluing this game back together to regain it's community.

Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem launched in February 2020 and topped out at 126,000 concurrent players, which was amazing. It quickly fell due to bugs, performance issues, online issues, and poor balance. But the Wolcen Studio devs put together an action plan called Second Dawn to rebuild...this is that patch.
