So it looks like if you pause the game right when the score display pops up for collectibles, the game keeps adding that score and you get pretty much infinite lives. This was the second time I'd triggered it in this run. The first time I failed to record it, but this time I was prepared. Also, game is off center since I apparently didn't place it right in my OBS. Whoops, my apologies. :(
