Wolverine Ultimate inconsistent back triggers

2My Razer Wolverine Ultimate is amazing, but the back triggers don't have a one-to-one correspondence between clicking and button activation. With the trigger held down, the button can rapidly flicker between down and up, or just stop registering if it's not pressed very firmly.
Turn up the sound so you can hear the clicks as you watch the status panel.
