Around 2 hours 56 minutes to beat. May post up a tutorial with commentary on this one, but will definately post up a review.
Deaths are shown but only on successful sets of lives where new progress was made. Any sets of lives where a stage was not completed have been edited out. This game has unlimited continues and gives you 5 lives with 4-5 checkpoints on each stage. If you lose a life you start at the last sign post (checkpoint). If you lose all 5 lives you can choose to continue at the beginning of the stage with your 5 lives replenished.
This version is a little different than the other version called, Wonder Boy Returns Remix, which I completed on PC, on the channel. I also have a tutorial up for that version and review. This version removes the charge attack but adds unique boss fights, instead of the same boss with a different face in each world of the other version. Theres also new enemies and stage layouts. This is a PS4 game played on PS5.
