i. Here are the steps on how to redact with PDFelement:

Open PDFelement and click on the "Open" button to import the PDF file that you want to redact.

You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to open, close, and switch between tabs.

To open a file in a new tab:
Ctrl+O

To close a tab:
Ctrl+W

To switch to a tab:
Ctrl+Tab
Ctrl+Shift+Tab

To restore a closed tab:
Ctrl+Shift+T

iii. Here are the steps on how to rename PDF files in PDFelement:

Open PDFelement and click on the "Open" button to import the PDF files that you want to rename.
Click on the "Home" tab and click on the "Rename" button.
In the "Rename" dialog box, enter the new name for the file in the "New Name" field.
Click on the "Rename" button to rename the file.

You can also rename multiple PDF files at the same time. To do this, select the PDF files that you want to rename and click on the "Rename" button. In the "Rename" dialog box, enter the new name for each file in the "New Name" field. Click on the "Rename" button to rename the files.

v. To use PDFelement OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool, follow these steps:

Open PDF file that you want to convert.
Click on "Tool" tab and select "OCR".
In "OCR" dialog box, select the language that you want to use.
Click on "Start" button to start the OCR process.

The OCR process may take a few minutes to complete. Once the process is complete, the PDF file will be converted to editable and searchable format.
Here are some additional tips for using the OCR tool:

Make sure that the image is clear and in focus.
The text should be well-aligned and legible.
If the text is in a foreign language, you can select the language in the "OCR" dialog box.
