Raspberry Pi 4 4gb
Cooled with Pimoroni fan shim

Added to config.txt

over_voltage=6
arm_freq=2147
gpu_mem=248
gpu_freq=750
dtoverlay= vc4-kms-v3d

Delete the gpu mem line as it uses too much ram. The Pi 4 only has access to 1gb of ram when usb is enabled (through the usb charge port)
