D8VK provides Direct3D 8 supports using vulkan for improved Direct3D performance. It is still in early stage but can run many games already. You can find more details in the project page below:

To run any Direct3D 8 games using Vulkan simply put d3d8.dll and d3d9.dll files from the d8vk in the game folder configure them native in Winecfg. You can find the tested d8vk from the following site:
