Kappa, slightly cleaned up, upgraded (and basically final) version.

Not entirely happy with how the addition of scales, cracks, et cetera turned out. Makes the model look slightly more busy than I intended. But it's more on-theme than before, and it does look better in Zbrush render form than it did in its Sketchup workspace. And anyway I've never claimed to have much of an eye for aesthetics.
The final regiment/tribe/whatever I'll end up calling the entire Kappa group will have a bunch of variations. Some will have different heads, more (or less) tattoos, some will have wrapped hands or feet, and so on.

Focus until the end of the year will probably be working on, and releasing, the Naginata Ashigaru rather than the pictured Kappa.
