-Be an excellent communicator.

BONUS QUALIFIERS
-Have a well-versed knowledge of tech, specifically DIY PC knowledge
-Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
-Be proficient in Adobe After Effects
-Have experience editing for other YouTubers
-Have your own equipment for editing
