Notes: To do this you enter the following codes with a GameShark/Xploder first, then save and reset in front of your house's sign in Pallet Town.

Afterwards, boot up the Game Genie and enter the codes you want. Although the palette is broken and most things are invisible, you can use trial and error to enter a digit then erase it with B if you got it wrong because the digits themselves aren't invisible.

Again with the broken palette, mash A to hit continue in front of your house's sign. Turn up to face the sign and press A, and the game will reboot but fix the palette.

The Game Genie codes you previously entered are still active, but you can now see what's happening.

(Caution: This will corrupt some of your current PC box data, so you may want to use an empty box. However, it's a relatively minor corruption; touching the twelfth Pokémon in that box's stat exp/EVs, so unless you have a competitive Pokémon there it may be harmless)
