World First completion of Metroid Dread Any% Hitless Glitchless! (as far as I know).

The rules I followed were:

- All damage counts as a hit with the exception of phantom cloak using HP as a resource
- Getting grabbed by an EMMI counts as a hit, even if you counter it.
- Getting stunned by the purple EMMI's projectile counts as a hit
- What I considered glitches: Pseudo Wave, which lets you shoot through walls. Water Bomb Jump, which lets you bomb jump much higher than intended in water. Clipping through floors with shinesparks
