Here's our First Look at Tier IX Premium Japanese battleship Hizen. The next Dockyard event coming in Update 0.9.12 will reward players with this ship. She is reminiscent of Tier IX American battleship USS Minnesota: twelve 16" rifles with a longer-than-average reload mounted on a soft hull. What sets her apart from Minnesota, though?
