Here's our First Look at Tier VIII Premium Japanese cruiser Tone. Tone's model has long been rendered in the game engine, but only since the carrier rework has the idea of implementing a true hybrid into the game been realistic. There's a lot of fascinating things that can happen in this design space, and they aren't limited to the Imperial Japanese Navy. Let's take a look at the ship and discuss where the hybrid concept might go (for good or for ill).
