Today, we analyse the first of two gameplays featuring the Tier V Soviet Cruiser: the Kirov. Our focus being on how the recent fire-rate buff it received to its main armament (of 10%) has affected the play-style of the ship.

The gameplay shown here is effectively a "worst-case" scenario where the Kirov is the bottom-tier ship in a Tier VII game.
