As some of you may recall, back in June 2018 I provided an informal review of the Tier VII Soviet Light Cruiser known as the Shchors.

In this review, I sailed the ship with an 8-point captain, and stated that I would take Inertia Fuse for High Explosive (IFHE) as my first Tier IV captain skill once I reached my tenth captain point.

Having now reached my tenth point and subsequently invested in IFHE, I thought it would be appropriate for me to outline my thoughts on the net impact of IFHE this ship.
