A complete playthrough of NEC's 1993 TurboGrafx-16 olympic-games title, World Sports Competition.

This really is an excellent game, and I can't help but think that this Hudson developed Track & Field clone would have been quite popular had it been on the SNES or the Genesis. It has a ton of events with some fair variety between them, a decent difficulty curve across the total number of days, the graphics and music are pretty excellent, and with the multitap can make for quite a lively game.

When it was released in Japan, it was called Power Sports. It was part of the Hudson sports series that included Power Golf and World Class Baseball, along with several others that only saw Japanese PC Engine releases.
