World War Z AFTERMATH is a game for four players who work together to shoot zombies. It's an action-packed game where you kill zombies and complete missions in various locations worldwide. The main goal is to survive the zombie apocalypse by killing, escaping, and staying alive.
Players need to use a mix of stealth and smart tactics to move around the groups of zombies. This becomes more important when the game gets harder, with zombies becoming tougher and more aggressive. Teamwork is really important to survive in the game.
Four survivors—Angel Flores, Tashaun Burnell, Bunko Tatsumi, and Arnetta Larkin—are holed up in their hideout atop a building, low on supplies and desperate to survive. Faced with a tough decision, they choose to leave. Another survivor, Dan, in contact with them on the radio, loses sight of them and inquires about their whereabouts. The group informs Dan that they're low on supplies and are heading to the military's evacuation post in Inwood, exchanging wishes for better times.
As the four descend to the mall area of the building, a US Army helicopter flies by, pursued by a massive zombie horde. In the atrium, the survivors strategically use glass ornaments to alert the zombies and clear the way. Despite the challenge, they reach the bottom where Dan warns them of an incoming swarm down Broadway. Setting up defenses, they repel the swarm before making a frantic dash to the subway.
Arriving at the subway, they encounter Stevie, a peculiar subway conductor. He offers them a ride to Inwood if they find supplies for him in the area. Although Stevie appears eccentric, the survivors, realizing he's their only evacuation option, agree to his request. After gathering seven crates of supplies, Stevie drives off with the survivors in tow.
