WORLD'S DEADLIEST PLATFORMER GAME | The Tower VR (Oculus Touch Gameplay)
The Tower is an exciting VR experience that takes you on a dangerous trip to a magical land full of traps. As you get moved forward on a conveyor system, you will have to avoid countless crazy obstacles by cowering, leaning or jumping.
But there’s more danger lurking around. You will also get shot with arrows, blown away by cannons or ground to bits by metal jaws. Hold on to rails to swing over the gaping deepness beneath you and look out for handy tools to unlock your way to the top.
Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this VR game. The Tower is a fun workout, a little scary and it has it’s moments where it’s really tough to get past traps and obstacles. It’s an action adventure that is not only a roomscale but also a standing experience. The handy system that you can control with your thumbstick allows you to move the level around so it fits your playspace.
Graphics wise it’s nothing special but the level design combined with the gameplay is really cool. The only thing they should change is the soundtrack. At the start the music totally fits the style of the intro but after a while the game gets intense but the soundtrack stays the same. They should go for more a upbeat jam later on to give players that exciting feeling of survival. It starts way too late.
