I've watched a few of Alvin Zhou's videos and they are very well made. The production quality is very pretty. Its some great food content. Something I always think is odd is how long it takes him to make his meals. 72 Hour Beef Wellington seems like too much time. He has the be the world's slowest cook. Luckily his videos are quite charming so it works out for him.
