Hi-Intensity Shock Troop Gauntlet, Damnation gameplay using the Gorgonum Mk IV Twin-Linked Heavy Stubber & Brute-Brainer MK III Latrine Shovel.

Today I'll be showcasing what is my Favourite ranged weapon for the Ogryn, the Gorgonum Mk IV Twin Linked Heavy Stubber. These are essentially the 40K equivalent of WW2 era M2 Browning 50 calibre Machine Guns. Weapons that are much to heavy to fire hand held... But not for the Mighty Ogryn.

This weapon tempts you to be incredibly irresponsible with ammunition, simply for the fact that it sounds so good and is so powerful. It takes but a few rounds to kill most specialists and elites, making it a monster at clearing those special targets in Shock Troop Gauntlet. Its only drawback is the damage it delivers to Carapace armour, as these are only really designed to combat Flak and lesser armoured targets.

In my opinion, it is currently the best ranged option I've used by a mile. As it has such high damage against most targets but also a longer effective range in comparison to a lot of other options.
