A review should for a game on Steam, on consoles, professional reviewers or fan-made reviews should answer one basic question:

"Would you recommend the game to a friend?"

And here it is important to underline "friend". Your friend. A friend you know, not just anybody. Reviews must get more honest. Especially professional and sponsored reviews must get more honest.
