Quick video on how to get the Personal Time Displacer blueprint in alternate timeline Mechagon

- Only available to access when the daily quest "The Other Place" is up in Mechagon
- Speak to Chromie to port to the alternate timeline
- The blueprint drops from random enemies (mine dropped from an Upgraded Sentry)
- Once you have the blueprint, return to the normal Mechagon by speaking to Chromie again
- Hand the blueprint in at Pascal-K1N6!
- You can craft the Personal Time Displacer to use to return to the alternate timeline Mechagon whenever you like, which will be useful for other things such as fishing up Displaced Scrapfin as part of the Secret Fish and Where to Find Them achievement
