If you do reviews of anything whether it is books, products, games, apps or movies then you may consider the WP Rich Snippets Wordpress plugin. This plugin handles the metadata aspect so that reviews show proper star ratings on Google and you can present your review format in a clean and elegant way setting specific sub criteria for what you review. You can use a star rating system, a percentage rating system and there are more options. Descriptions, summaries, adding pros/cons lists are all possible with WP Rich Snippets.
I was using Author hReview until I switched to WP Rich Snippets which offers a lot more options. They also have addons to further enhance functionality as well.
