Wreckfest | Next Car Game Sneak Peek 2.0 \ The "OG" Wrecking Playground
7I discovered this in my steam library lurking around - it was a double entry game - Throw a Santa + Sneak Peek 2.0. This is part of the pre-alpha Wreckfest game previously known as Next Car Game, long before it went gold. There was no controller support (so I'm doing everything with keyboard), the camera is either fixed (a bit too close and high for my tastes) or you can operate the camera with the mouse while you drive with the keyboard or the third option - the camera stays where it is and you drive off until you can't see the car any more.
needless to say I spent most of my time with the first, fixed camera.
it was fun to play around - if you've played "Wrecking Playground" you'll recognize some of the obstacles, but the environment is completely dfferent otherwise....it's clearly a tech demo as much as it is a sandbox, and it's still a lot of fun.
